LOL your so right. I was a drama queen, but then what do you expect from a girl like me? It did hurt quite a bit but now 8 months later it looks great. The sad thing is that I might have to do it again. The first transplant was a good hair line but doesn't really have the density that I want. I am glad yours didn't hurt at all, but don't see how that's possible. I had 2300 units transplanted, from my understanding thats around the maximum that they will transplant at one time. Its not nothing, they have to cut three layers of skin, but don't get me wrong its not a cry a baby thing either.

The big question in my mind though is whether my transplant is good enough that I won't need a 2nd transplant or can I do something else now.

oh god you're being a drama queen...I had it done last week and I think your doctor was insane. First of all they should never let you drive home. Second of all didn't you have a consult because you said you decided the hairline at the appointment?? 3rd of all TAPE??? They should have used saline/water to hydrate the grafts and slick the hair back during the procedure! Plus the emotions you went though...GET over it, you're an adult not a child. What you are doing should make you feel better about yourself in the end. Tears of joy are okay but to me it shouldn't be like baby. In the end, I felt no pain and would do it again in a second.
